I run 2 online programmes

Lift: 12 week course, 5 sessions a week

Cardio: 12 week course, 3 sessions a week

If you are already a personal training client, these programmes are offered free of charge.

Alternatively, if you would like to access the online programming, there is a fee. Once this fee is paid, you will receive the links and passwords to access the content.
